There is nothing like the holidays at Walt Disney World. It takes the magic of the season to a whole other level. Every square inch of the theme parks are decorated in their holiday finest and the resorts are a sight to see with decor specific to each location. There’s even a 60 foot Christmas tree inside Disney’s Wilderness Lodge!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Join Mickey and the Gang for a Christmas celebration like no other. Magic Kingdom park lights up with excitement as Cinderella’s Castle shimmers in an icy glow. You can eat sugar cookies and sip hot cocoa as you stroll down Main Street USA in the SNOW! Plus, many favorite attractions get a holiday makeover…the Jingle Jungle Cruise is particularly fun. Cap off the night with a festive fireworks spectacular!
Candlelight Processional
Always a holiday favorite, celebrity narrators share the story of Christmas. Well know narrators include Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg, Warwick Davis and Marlee Matlin. This joyous show also features a choir and 50-piece orchestra. The best way to experience this show is through a dining package, assuring you premium seating!
Holidays in Toy Story Land
Andy’s toys are ready for the holiday season and have decorated the backyard to celebrate. You’ll find Green Alien ornaments and cardboard antlers on Rex, plus the attractions all have a little holiday theme added in.
See a Life-Size Gingerbread House!
In the lobby of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, you will find a life-size gingerbread house. The pastry team has been hard at work baking, constructing and decorating the house, which also contains The Bake Shop. There you will find gingerbread ornaments, cookies, and gingerbread house kits, all made using a classic gingerbread recipe from Austria.
